Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to become active after dispatch, and orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments with their own tracking numbers.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if the item arrives defective or damaged, is incorrect or significantly different from its description, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund for change of mind, and personal care items are non-returnable.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing.
